Open a dos prompt and enter in:

regsvr32.exe bqserver.dll
-to register the ActiveX control

or

regsvr32.exe /u bqserver.dll
-to un-register the dll, then you will need to restart your computer to delete the file.


Or you can use the .bat files in this folder to do that same thing.
